Volunteers generously give their time to support Traditional Arts Today activities. Volunteer artists donate their time to teach classes, do demonstrations, and participate in community-wide events. Volunteers assist with classes, especially those for children.

A volunteer board of eleven members with expertise in management, finance, art, business,
marketing/development and community development, provides financial stewardship and
strategic guidance to the Chief of Operations and Artistic Director. A focus of the Board is
building partnerships within the community. A collaboration with Dove House leverages art
programs to support the recovery of women who have substance use disorder. A partnership
with the Main Street Bistro curates a rotating exhibit so local artists have another venue to sell
their work. Through invitations from local businesses, art-based team building programs are
provided. With the Santa Claus Fellowship, Traditional Arts Today provides opportunities for
children experience the magic of Christmas. Deepening connections is a goal of the Board.
